Our Story

Our founder Fazal Rahiman, after his graduation, like so many student people across Kerala, walked straight into the reality  that nobody prepared him for. The job he landed didn’t match what he studied in the classrooms. The skills that industry demanded were never part of the Syllabus:. He wasn’t alone -  majority of bright, talented graduates entering into the industry were confronting the same -  lack of industrial exposure, outdated syllabi and a job market that values only experienced professionals not merely certificate holders. 

This gap between what we are taught and what the world actually sought- after resonated with Fazal for long. In  2011,  he found the solution with a deep sense of purpose - Blitz Academy -  a promise to every young mind who had ever felt lost like he once did. Not merely another institute — but a bridge: between potential and profession, between education and employment, between the student students are and the professional students always dreamt of. 

Now, Blitz Academy has transitioned from a single centre to campuses across Kochi, Calicut, and Bangalore — moulding innumerable students across multiple industries and transforming them into confident, job-ready professionals.
